ForSociety ERA-net

The ForSociety ERA-net was an ERA-net implementation project, establishing a methodology, co-operation tools, evaluation systems etc., with the aim of ensuring a permanent foresight era-net. One major vision was to be able to conduct cross-European foresight projects.

The concept of foresight in the ERA-net built on the foresight definition of the EU-Commission High Level Expert Group on foresight, which includes the concept of TA, when TA is strategically future-oriented.

The Danish Board of Technology was partner in the ERA-net. The DBT led two tasks:
* Establishing an overview and a position paper on Science-Society Dialogue in foresight.
* Establishing a web-based evaluation tool, mainly aimed at evaluation based learning cycles through self-evaluation of projects/activities.
