Big public IT-projects - have we learnt from experience?

Still many big projects involving IT do not manage to keep their time schedule or their budget or they do not live up to their original preconditions.

This is often not due to technical problems but to conditions related to the planning and the organisational structure of the project. Inappropriate scopes and conditions often appears as barriers. This TA project will discuss these issues and come up with recommendations.
