Room for Renewable Energy ?

By 2010, Flanders would like to produce a part of his primary energy out of renewable sources. This study gives an overview of the potential of these energy sources and seeks which non-technological barriers exist for the exploitation of this potential. A study of the participative approach for the implementation of renewable energy production was made trough case studies. The study was carried out by ODE-Vlaanderen vzw, Vito and the consultancy bureau 3E.
